Mantras are powerful tools for transformation. Why? Because, they provide hope and focus in one fail swoop.

Use any of these or make one all your own. They can be wonderful part of your well being practice to set your daily intent. Reinforce your’s by writing them on a chalkboard in your home, put them on sticky notes on your mirror, or make them the home screen on your phone. The more your mantras surround you the more they become part of your day.
