To do this in an organized manner that can be used as way to journal or track my efforts and those of my kiddos, I created a simple New Year’s Resolution worksheet.

There is an adult’s worksheet and a kids. When you print them out you’ll see why. Yes, writing it down adds power to the practice. You decide whether you want to share them or keep them private.

We’ve found these very useful for active insights and planning for our future. My girls love to look back at what their thoughts were from years past and see how they’ve changed and grown. My husband and I use it to connect and talk about our dreams and plans for the coming year. How ever you decide it best works for you and yours is up to you.
